Hi,
I'm sure it can work fine for a 4 injector motorcycle engine I would just need to know the crank trigger information to be able to say how to set it up.
Does the engine have a 12 tooth magnetic crank sensor? Do you have a wiring diagram you can post here?
Cheers,
Matthew

Hi,
You need to use external coil igniters for the Rabbit ECU to fire the coils. Other than that everything is OK 😉

Hi, External transistor coil igniters switch on the ignition coil primary current for a couple of milliseconds. The spark occurs when the current is switched off. The Rabbit ECU does not have drivers that allow for switching of the 5-10A required. You need external transistor igniters or multi-channel CDI to fire your ignition coils. Maybe you can ask a motorcycle shop what they recommend. If you like building electronics you can use a D2PAK igniter chip like this: www.digikey.com.au/product-detail/en/on-semiconductor/FGD3245G2-F085/FGD3245G2-F085CT-ND/4963425Sorry I don't sell igniter products it isn't very common to need them. hi matthew dear friend i think that i cant more explanation for u. cos as u know this model exactly similar to car models (injector system) almost each of part to used a car system is used to the this bike system such as all sensors and spark ignition and fuel injector systems, so i think if this ecu can be use and turn on a car nothing problem to bike and must be able to support this motorcycle ,dear matth please che ck the files and pics that i sent here and tell me did you mean external coils similar this parts? if your mean is this dear matth cbr bike have a this part and used to itself system Attachments:

Hi, Because the coil has two wires, that means it is has no internal semiconductor switch - it requires an external semiconductor switch. In the Honda ECU, there is a transistor to switch the coil current. In the Rabbit ECU, there are no transistors capable of switching 5A at 300-400V so you need to use an external transistor (igniter) modules. Please see diagram. Perhaps in the future the Rabbit ECU can have internal igniters but not at this stage sorry. Attachments:
