Hello. There is interest in your project. Is it possible to use it as a standalone controller for a Dsg transmission? (Engine control by means of another EFI) What is the minimum set of signals for this? Sorry for my English, I'm using a translator

Hi mate, It's a really good question Joni - but I'm not sure Rabbit ECU can work very well as you describe. The DSG control is a feature integrated into the Rabbit ECU. The Rabbit ECU knows when it needs to retard ignition timing and cut fuel based on CAN signals from the DSG. With the same CAN signals from the DSG, the Rabbit ECU sometimes will adjust the DBW throttle. How to separate this integration out? Here is some information I have that might help you, and explain it better :-) mdac.com.au/2021/04/11/dsg-control-with-rabbit-ecu/Cheers, Matthew

Thank you. I studied this information on your site. I have some thoughts on this. I would be grateful if you could share software for your Mk6 GTI. I also need to know to which Arduino pins the analog inputs from the sensors are connected. Regards Joni

Hi Joni, The DSG control runs on the Teensy version not Arduino. The main analog inputs the Teensy uses for the DSG information and control are: 1. Throttle position A 2. Throttle position B 3. Pedal position A 4. Pedal position B 5. Coolant temperature 6. Boost pipe pressure Of course I would be keen to hear your thoughts as this is a work in progress! The code repo for this project is here: github.com/RabbitECUProject/RabbitECUTeensyMCUXpressoCheers, Matthew
