What software or do we use to program with

:-) Welcome - it's a fair question!

Yes you can use Arduino Due as a plug in controller.

Most of the software downloads are found at this page:

mdac.com.au/support-documents/

If you want to download the firmware source it is here:

mdac.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2020/06/RabbitECUOpenHALTrunk.zip - you need to have Atmel Studio 7 installed.

I emailed you the latest built files in case you don't want to tinker with the source code.

You can just install the binary direct onto the Arduino Due to get up and running.

And place the configuration files for MAP-MATE (the A2L and XML files) into their respective locations.

You will see MAP-MATE install at that same support page.
